Palm Beach Hawks Quebec Team

Hi,

My name is Max Genest and on behalf of the Palm Beach Hawks organization I am asking for your support for a very unique, once in a lifetime opportunity.

Our Palm Beach Hawks 12U team was selected to participate in the 64th Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament, which takes place February 7th – February 18th, 2024 in Quebec City, Canada. This is a special announcement considering that over 300 teams are rejected each year.

A large number of current and former NHL players have participated in the Pee-Wee Quebec tournament at 11-12 years old. Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux, Marty St. Louis, Steven Stamkos and Hall of Fame goalie Patrick Roy, are just a few names that were part of this hockey rite of passage. The entire city of Quebec embraces these young players, some future NHLers, to give them an experience of a lifetime.

Our Florida-based team will travel to Quebec and compete against international teams in tournament and exhibition games. In all, over 140 teams from around the world will compete on the world’s largest stage for hockey players age 12 and under. Teams with which Palm Beach Hawks-Quebec will compete include Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Australia, Slovakia, Germany, Czech Republic, Japan, and more!

To put it in perspective, Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament is equivalent of the Little League World Series, but for ice hockey. Additionally, the tournament is integrated with the festivities of the annual Carnaval de Québec. Our Hawks Quebec team will take part in a once in a lifetime opportunity and an amazing cultural experience that the team will remember and cherish for the rest of their lives.

The logistics of an experience of this scope requires time and resources.
