Pam Gomez Amputation by Cesar Quirarte

My name is Steve Johnson, my wife and I own a small business in San Jose, Ca, since 1997. I am doing this GoFundMe for a very good friend of mine, Cesar Quirarte, who’s step mother is going through a very difficult time. Here is what has happened so far.

1) Oct 2021, she broke her hip, it was replaced.

2) November 2022, she broke her other hip, it was replaced.

3) March 2023, Ill advised knee replacement, this is where the major issues started…

4) April 2023, Surgery Site infection, and travelled through her whole body.

5) May 2023, Knee replacement from March was removed, the knee could not be repaired, and was replaced with a solid rod from hip to ankle.

6) June 2023, with constant care and physiotherapy, various infections prevented Pam from healing.

7) July 2023, it was determined to save Pam’s life, the let will have to be amputated.

8) Aug 2023, Leg amputation will be on Aug 14th.

As most of her friends and Family know, the surgeries that she has undergone and still needs, cost a lot of money…..she has drained her savings completely and is living off of Social Security month to month…so we are hoping that her San Felipe Family can help her.
