Layla’s hospital stay

Hey friends!

Layla isn’t feeling her best. We have been in and out of the vets office for about 2 months now, and now she’s had to have an ER visit. She’s had everything from random cysts popping up, aspirations, cancer screenings, lymph nodes swelling to the size of grapefruits, and now she’s having liver problems. She is 12 years old and we know it’s coming close to the end of her life, but we don’t want her leaving us so soon. Layla and Zelda are becoming so close and seeing this happen to Layla is breaking our hearts.

Our family needs help raising money to get her taken care of. We are running out of funds fast trying to do everything we can to get her healthy and happy again, even if it’s only for a little longer. We have spent around $3500 the last few months and now it’s looking like we might have some overnight stays at the hospital because she is in desperate need of IV fluids and antibiotics.
