Pampa needs a surgery for her broken femur

Hi! We are a family of 8: 6 humans and Pampa (our puppy) and DouDou (our cat). Pampa is a 4-month-old puppy we adopted from a Rescue and like all puppies she is super curious. She tried to jump into the countertop of the kitchen to "steel" something and she broke her femur bone. She needs surgery and the budget is CAD4000.
