Pancake Day in remembrance of Mark Melnychuk

Mark Melnychuk, a close friend to us all and medical student at Trinity College Dublin, sadly passed away on Wednesday, 23rd February 2022. He will be dearly missed by all. In his honour, as a pancake fanatic, we have decided to hold a Pancake Week. This can be a time for those who knew him to make some pancakes and reflect on any stories or memories they have of Mark. He was a funny ray of sunshine that touched everyone in some way, and it is our privilege to be able to commemorate him in this way.
