Pancreatitis turned Gallbladder Removal

Hellooo. This past Sunday, I thought I was experiencing bad heart burn. Fast forward to Monday morning and the pain, the puking was continuing with extreme abdominal pain. Turned out my pancreas was inflamed and they later found the gallbladder stones.
Im still at the hospital awaiting surgery, but they are not able to perform the surgery until the inflammation of the pancreas has decreased.
That being said, I am missing an entire week of work (already) and another for recover. Unfortunately I do not have any sick time available.
Absolutely anything is appreciated and we totally understand that times are tough for everyone. As most of y’all know we have been put through the ringer the past couple weeks (putting our dog down, washer catching on fire and my car breaking down ha.. probably something else too) and this was just a lovely addition to the luck-or lack there of haha!
Updates (because I don’t know how else to do it ha):
- Surgery date has been set for Monday 07/31
- Blood cultures are currently negative for bacteria!
- I did increase the goal because I spoke with the surgical team and I won’t be working as soon as I had hoped!
- Still detained in the hospital, until surgery
