Paola's Support Fund

Hi, my name is Samantha Ambros and I am fundraising on behalf of my bestfriend Paola; she is too strong-willed to ask for help but she needs support. Paola is a 24 year old Medical Assistant at a pelvic rehab center, who thrives off of helping others. She is currently going to school to become a Surgical Technician and is fully independent. Having moved out alone at a young age, she works tirelessly to support herself. Unfortunately, she has been estranged from most of her family and thus became my family. Paola took the steps to try to bond with her family living in the Dominican Republic, paying for an expensive flight after working overtime. After a stressful weekend with her family, and over 3 hours of delay on the tarmac, Paola made it to her car to drive her mother back home late at night. Less than a few miles from the house, Paola was struck by an uncoming driver on the driver side and her car was totaled. Her mother received an X-Ray and an MRI, while Paola received a CT scan. She received no support from her family, and was entirely panicked. Due to Paola's independence, she works pay check to pay check and is not in a financial situation to cover medical expenses and the new car she will inevitably have to buy. Paola deserves a sustainable car that will last for years to come so she that does not need to worry about being in a similar situation again. She deserves to not need to work overtime, again, in order to dig herself out of debt because of her lack of support. I am asking for any help at all- be it a donation or a share- to help my bestfriend. My family does their best to support her but with 5 kids and 2 grandbabies it is not easy. 100% of donations will be given to Paola to help her out.
