Papa Joe is battling cancer and needs our help!~

Hi everyone.

Against all wishes from Joe and Becki, we are doing a gofundme instead of a benefit to help get them back on their feet.

Joe was diagnosed with cancer last year and has been battling thru Chemo and Radiation, and just last week was hospitalized with a staph infection for a week. Joe was the only one working driving OTR truck and Becki has already retired.

Medical bills, a house mortgage, truck payments he still is making so he can hopefully go back to work (his wishes as you know he can't sit still), and for all of you that know papa well.

His passion is the lake. He has a lake lot with taxes of $2500 that they won't renew due to wanting to make sure all bills are paid. It's important to us as a family that they have this - this summer to fall back on. A place to escape to.

They have a mortgage as most of us do. Joe does not have STD or LTD and is not receiving income while out. With medication costs, a mortgage, cancer visit bills, and medical bills we are hoping to ease the sting of the pile up of expenses.

They are always the first people to step up and donate to anyone who asks, for sports, for benefits etc. Let's give back and help if we can.

We are guestimating with mortgage, semi truck payments, and regular bills the monthly expense to stay even close to afloat averages about $3000 a month. We are hoping to help with $6000 to give a breath of hope to their healing and cover the summer lot rent.
