Help Papa Randy Rebuild His Home

Hello, my name is Bambi. My father Randy Oppegaard, known as "Rudy" or "Papa Randy" to our community, lost his home Wednesday January 17, 2024 in a devastating explosion. The explosion was caused by an external gas leak. His home burned for many hours resulting in a total loss. Everything he worked his entire life for has been lost. Nothing could be salvaged.

Randy has been a Missoula resident his entire life. He has been a productive and positive member of the community. He has worked for everything and has never asked for anything and never will. Therefore, I am asking for the man who has never taken, but always given all of himself to others. We are not sure where to go from here other than pick up the pieces and start over.

Randy is 71 and is trying to focus on being positive and strong. Please find it in your heart to help in any way you can. Thank you.
