*****

As many of you already know, this Monday, September 2, 2024, a huge tragedy occurred in our family. It was a Holiday that was supposed to be a quiet family day when we received a call that we never expected and it came to break our hearts.

Our beloved RAMIRO REYES was the victim of a homicide in the city of Oakland in the morning.
We received a call from detectives to inform us that Ramiro had been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Ramiro, at 22 years of age, left behind a beautiful 2-year-old girl. He looked life head on and with great courage. Those of us who knew him and loved him never tried to change him because we knew that the moment he arrived, his laughter and his light filled us.
And although his eyes were closed, he will always continue to fill us with light and laughter with his memories.
Today, with pain in our hearts, we remember him with joy because we know that he enjoyed his life and enjoyed it.

We are sure that although he may not have had a little more time to say goodbye to his family, we are also sure that wherever he is, he is happy to know that he left a mark on our lives and that we remember him and celebrate him as he would have wanted.

In these difficult times for each one of us, we ask for your financial help to be able to support his father Ramiro Reyes Sr., family and friends with extra expenses. We know that there are things that are out of our hands and are not expected, so we thank each one of you in advance for your help, whether it be with something financially, or for the fact of supporting us morally in such difficult times.

We also ask if you can share this as much as possible to ask for justice for Ramiro. Or as many of us called him, "El Pekaz," "El Chimba," and "El Chino."

We have faith that our dear Pekaz will receive the justice he deserves.

Fly High Pekaz, and thank you all very much for your support towards our family.
