KEEP THE PARADISE PALM IN SPENARD - PHASE 2!

We have an idea for where to put the tree...the Paradise Inn is being demolished by its new owner. I've asked her if she would be willing to sell 100 square feet of the lot to us so we can create the city's smallest park and put the Palm Tree right back where it came from. She's open to it, but she would like to see a proposal for how it would look nice.
