Paralyzed and unprepared

Hi my name is Diane and I'm fundraising for my son Michael. Mike has a condition called D.I.S.H. this causes the ligaments in his spine to calcify, this causes spurs to grow. On most people the spurs grow out away from the spine, but my sons spurs go inward towards the spine. He has had 2 surgeries to remove spurs that have inpinged the spinal cord. Now he has 2 more spurs going into the spine but the doctors have informed us they can not operate anymore due to the spine being unstable. So Mike finds himself paralyzed and we do not have alot of things needed for him to function and have a somewhat normal life. The news is daunting but Michael is in high spirits. Any help would be appreciated.
