Paris Marathon 2025 for Shooting Star Chase! ⭐️

Anders, my best friend Emile’s younger brother (and twin to Stefan) sadly passed away aged four. Shooting Stars Hospice provided care to dear Anders and invaluable support to his Mum and Dad (Maxine and Mark) and two brothers.

They made his and his family’s hardest moments a little easier and continue to provide support for many other families.

I want to give something back to Shooting Stars - hence my challenge! ❤️

Here are some words from Maxine (Anders mother):

Words cannot describe how much Shooting Stars helped our family (including Anders, throughout his final months), both then and for years afterwards. They supported us all through his illness, and they took care of him for us when he passed away, until his funeral. They gave us somewhere safe and respectful to be together with him. I will never, even after the years that have passed since losing Anders, be able to express my gratitude towards them and what they did for our family. Anders loved spending time there. We all did. But until you need somewhere like Shooting Stars, you have no idea at all how important the services they provide are to families who are suffering or grieving. They were the difference between coping and falling apart. So thank you from the bottom of my heart to anyone who supports Henry by donating. You will be making the difference to other families between coping and falling apart too ❤️‍
