Hi everyone, we hate having to resort to this, but we just don’t know where else to turn. On Saturday, June 11th, Park Bakery’s walk-in refrigerator suddenly stopped working. We had our refrigerator company take a look at it, and to our dismay the entire compressor unit that cools it down completely died. There’s no way to fix it, and we have no choice but to purchase a whole new unit. Without our refrigerator, it will be virtually impossible to make half of our baked goods on any given day, and we fear we may have to close our doors which is the opposite of what we want to do. Having to pay for most of Ray’s final expenses after he passed away, and having both of our ovens break down already this season, and our sewage line breaking this month, it’s been very difficult since we opened our doors back up in May. We have been trying the best we can this season without Ray, and although it feels like the odds are against us, with your help we hope to still be able to serve you just as we have for the past 27 years.
