Park Family Needs Help After LA Fire Tragedy

My family’s home of 25 years was burned to the ground during the Palisades wildfire this past week. For those who don’t know my mom has been dealing with metastatic breast cancer for several years and has been recovering from a recent intense surgery. All of her medicine was lost in the fire and it costs a significant amount to replace. My parents were forced to leave quickly with nothing but the clothes on their back. We have unfortunately lost everything.

As many of you know, my father works harder than anyone I know to provide for my family. They had recently done work to the house after the rain storms had flooded the house. In this week leading up to the fire, my parents were incredibly proud to have remodeled and repaired all the damage and get back to some normalcy.

My family is currently working through the insurance process which we anticipate to be cumbersome and challenging given the total devastation. As so many people have been reaching out asking how they can help, this is the best way to provide support in the interim for clothes, toiletries, everyday essentials, food, and medical expenses for my mother. Funds will also be used to help rebuild my parent’s life and start over.
