Support The Park Avenue Small Business District

Little did we know when we founded the Park Avenue District in 2019 how much we would need it during this 2020 pandemic. As local and state governments issue shelter-in-place orders, asking residents to remain home for all but essential errands, businesses — especially small local businesses — across the U.S. are facing difficult decisions. These institutions are crucial to our nation’s economy, employing 58.9 million people in the United States, or about 47.5% of the total private sector workforce. The mission is to enhance the Avenue through historical preservation, small business support, joint marketing efforts and special events. Help us by donating to the District non-profit so we can reinvest these monies into the businesses located in the downtown Winter Park Historic District. Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park the Park Avenue district is home to world class dining, art, experiences, shopping, hotels and unrivaled culture. ​ In 2019 businesses and landowners along historic Park Avenue joined to establish a vibrant commercial district that attracts visitors from all over the world to our District. ​
