UPDATE 8/28/2023- Thank you to each and every one of you who donated to our family during this tragedy. Your generosity has allowed our family to focus on the grieving process of our beloved son and brother without having to worry about financial responsibilities. Parker James Allen Mcneal passed away peacefully at 1:15 am on August 12th at Norfolk Sentara General Hospital.

For those who don’t know what has happened, Parker was accidentally shot by a good friend in his own bedroom on August 9th.

Parker loved fishing, video games, and hanging out with all of his amazing friends.

Parker would of started his freshman year of high-school on August 28th.

He was looking forward to the exciting things that were to come this year. First day of high school, his 16th birthday, and getting his drivers license.

He had no medical coverage so the family needs all the help they can get to cover the cost of his final arrangements. Anything that anyone can give to provide this family so they don’t have to worry during this tragedy would be greatly appreciated. Please send your prayers to this family, as they will need it on this long journey to recovery without their son and brother.
