Parker Vogt's fight against Cancer

My name is Ann Hornes and I have set up this fund for my 18 year old grandson, Parker Vogt (son of Craig and Angela Vogt). Parker was a very healthy, happy young man who was very active in high school sports and music. He graduated from Manitowoc Lutheran High School in May 2022 and has currently been attending the local community technical college pursuing a career in HVAC.

His entire life changed about 2 months ago when he started having pain and severe pressure in his hip and down his leg. After many medical tests, they discovered a very large cancerous sarcoma tumor in his hip and pelvis area.

His fight against cancer has just begun and will continue with chemo treatments at Milwaukee Children's Hospital for the next 11 months. Starting this week he will undergo the first of many 4-week rotations of chemo, which will require him to stay in Children's Hospital for several days each month. The hope is that the chemo will shrink the tumor enough that the doctors can operate to remove all or at least part of it.

This journey is going to be a long and hard one for Parker and his family. All of your prayers have been greatly appreciated, giving us much-needed strength, encouragement and comfort. Without God, we can do nothing... Please continue praying!
