Parker’s 50 Mile Bike Ride

Brewer’s Cafe and Parker Lee Brewer are organizing an event in support of Blackwell Elementary School’s PTA. Parker’s 50 Mile Bike Ride, which will be held August 10th 2019, is a bike ride to celebrate Parker Lee Brewer’s 5th Birthday and is dedicated to increasing the support to Blackwell Elementary School and Blackwell Elementary PTA. The bike route will be along the Virginia Capital Trail, from Williamsburg to Blackwell Elementary School.

I am writing this letter to invite you to be a Co-Sponsor or Supporter of this event. As a leader in the community, your sponsorship in Parker’s 50 Mile Bike Ride is an opportunity for your organization to receive valuable exposure and to join other individuals, organizations, and coalitions in our community to support Blackwell Elementary School and the Blackwell Elementary PTA with increasing educational opportunities and acquiring necessary learning materials and resources. This initiative encourages our youth to make positive choices that will support peers, promote healthier lifestyles, and foster stronger, happier communities.

Community sponsors are the primary source of funding  for this event and are vital to ensure its success.

Donations of $100 or more will receive a Thank-You Ad in local newspaper, acknowledgement on www.brewerscaferva.com and/or social media profiles.
