Parker's RGK Danza Dance Wheelchair

On December 20th, 2021, I completed my dance instructor certification through the American DanceWheels Foundation or ADF. Thanks to this wonderful organization's help I was able to discover a new passion. I am now certified to teach adaptive Latin and ballroom dancing to one seated and one standing dancer. However, purchasing this new chair would allow me to effectively teach dance lessons to couples on a much bigger scale.

Just last week I was notified that I was awarded a $3500 grant through the generosity of the Challenged Athletes Foundation or CAF. Though this generous grant covers the majority of the cost it does not quite cover the entire purchase. That is where I'm hoping this fundraiser will

come in to play and help me raise the remainder of the funds. Any amount helps and your generosity would mean the world to me.

Next, having this piece of adaptive sports equipment would allow me to bring this adaptive art form to my future clients after I achieve my degree as a recreational therapist. I hope that by obtaining this piece of equipment I can expose the world to inclusive dancing for all.

Lastly, any funding raised that exceeds my need we'll be donated to the American dance wheels foundation to help them continue their mission of inclusive dancing for all.
