Support in the Healing of Johneric - The Park's Finest

Johneric, Christine and The Park's Finest have been a beacon in Historic Filipinotown and serving the Los Angeles diaspora since 2012. Utilizing the resources of SIPA and the Asian Pacific Islander small business program at its beginning and then paying it forward being on the frontlines during covid, providing countless meals for events over the years, and the local spot we all have enjoyed with our families, friends, and colleagues — Johneric, Christine and The Park's Finest are living testimonies to what community looks like when we show up for each other.

Suffering from heartache this holiday season and Johneric recovering from a severe sudden back injury - they were forced to close their doors for multiple days with Christine having to scramble filling all roles, responsibilities, and duties. “All I hope is for my team to mentally recover and deal with the difficulties and loss in time. And hope the community will allow us to feed them in a pace and volume we can handle,” Johneric humbly requests.

We think we can do more than that.

In the spirit of Kapwa, Palms Up Academy, SIPA, HiFi Coalition, Socal Filipinos, PWC, FACE, Sunday Jump, Tuesday Night Project, Swirls for the Girls, HiFi Kitchen, Papalowdown Agency, FASGI, and Artistry in Life have come together to raise awareness and funds to support Johneric and Christine as they go through this difficult time.
