Hi, my name is Jessica Costa, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read our story. My Fiancé’s dad’s sudden death caught us all by surprise this morning. He was on his way to work at 12am where he collapsed outside and was brought to emergency a couple hours after. He was pronounced dead at 5:16am. We are all in complete disbelief. He was such an amazing man, dad, husband, brother, and soon to be father in law. Pat, you will be grateful missed by all of us. May you rest in peace.
