Passing of Claudia Vega's son

Our beloved ORC dispatcher, Claudia Vega, tragically and unexpectedly lost her son, Reginald, on August 5th, 2021.

Claudia has been a dedicated and integral part of the Coolsys family for many years! Those of you that know her, know that she always has a smile on her face and warmly greets and engages with anyone she comes in contact with. Her positive disposition always shines through whether you interact with her in person, in email, or over the phone.
