Phillip James Delancy, of Jersey City, New Jersey tragically passed away on November 3rd, 2021 at  10:25pm at the young age of 36 years old. Phillip was a son, a brother, and a loving uncle. He will always be remembered for his bright personality and dedication to his job. He worked for Old Navy for over 16 years and never missed a day!!! He is survived by his father, Phillip Delancy, his mother, Soraida Delancy his sister, Belinda Delancy, his niece Jadalese, nephew, Jeremiah friends, Na’im, Tiffany, Edgar and countless others and last but not least all of his Old Navy family!!!
