PAT COSTELLO MEDICAL FUND

Recently, (October 2023) our family got blindsided by the news that our dad, Pat Costello, has been diagnosed with advanced stage 4 pancreatic cancer. If you know Pat , you know he'd give you the shirt off his back. He'd stop and help a stranger broke down on the road. His kind ,loving, giving ways are all the reasons he is loved so much by his family and so many caring friends. He has not been able to work and the medical bills are rolling in. We are all falling apart and can't believe this is happening to a guy that went to the gym 5 days a week and took great care of himself. We are still praying for a miracle, we haven't lost faith and neither has he. We didn't want to have to do this or break the news to family and friends like this but here we are. I'm asking for help for my mom to lessen the burden of the medical bills and finances. Thank you in advance for your love and support.
