Pat Cramer and his wife Caren and his Mom Brenda Cramer

Hi Everyone:

My name is Stacey Howard and I am reaching out because my best friend Brenda Cramer and her family is facing a critical challenge. Brenda's son Pat is currently undergoing a life saving procedure to lessen his cardiovascular disease. He has had two heart attacks at age 39.

The second heart attack (widow maker) did considerable more damage. His heart function is between 15-20%. He has endured several operations due to artery blockages, catheter into his neck to monitor pressure, balloon pump which helps move the blood. Pat's heart is enlarge he's retaining fluid. He is currently in surgery now having a LVAD inserted at Montefiore hospital (Moses Campus) in Bronx, NY.

Brenda, Pats wife Caren and their son Luke and all of his family and friends have rallied around to support him. Needless to say the daily drives, gas, parking and food expenses are building up. Your contribution can help with those expenses and to overcome the many obstacles that they will endure within the next several months.
