Pat Frazee

Hi my name is Shannon Cevolani I am Pat Frazees daughter. As many of you know my dad has had some medical issues recently which have made him unable to work due to his severe arthritis in his hips and a broken hip. The only way to fix that is a double hip replacement so we are getting ready to get that done but He needs some help financially to pay his bills in the process along time with dental work he needs to clear him for these surgeries.
