Support for Pat Samples Funeral Expenses

On January 13, 2024 we lost our dear mom, mother-in-law, and grandma suddenly while she was on vacation in Mexico. Pat was an artist, activist, educator, non-profit leader, and spiritual seeker. She held such value in community, and we know her community saw such value in her. We now reach out for community to support us while we grieve, pay out the expenses that come with the end of life process, and plan her celebration of life. We would love to be able to properly honor Pat, as well as our grieving process, without the added pressure of financial stress.

As Andre is an only child, Lindsey would like to be able to take off work so she can support him as much as possible. She is currently freelancing and will lose out on that income if she doesn't work. We appreciate whatever support you can give, big or small, energetic or financial. We are so grateful for you all and know we are stronger when we all come together and ask for what we need.
