UN Climate Conference: PA to Paris

Friends, family, mentors, & colleagues:

Last December, I attended the 20th Conference of the Parties (COP20 ) under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Lima, Peru, as a result of the 2014 Global Climate Change Mosaic  at Dickinson College. Attending this conference, in addition to taking a range of climate change governance and science courses, culminated in a research project that I published earlier this spring. My research focused on Article 6 under the UNFCCC, which dealt with climate change communications, outreach, and public participation throughout the history of the international negotiations.

This year, the 21st Conference of the Parties (COP21 ) will be held in Paris, France. I am excited to share with you all that I have been granted the opportunity to attend this conference, as an extension of my research and as an opportunity to network for post-graduate opportunities.

I am requesting a dollar, a euro, or really anything that you can provide to help fund this wild chance.
