Hello,

My name is Sandra Martinez. I, heavy-heartedly, am asking for your help for my aunt Patricia Martinez. Most of you may know her as Pat. Pat has recently been diagnosed with a fatal disease and unfortunately the disease is too advanced to cure. We pray daily, that God will give us the grace to be with her longer, however we must also prepare for when she is called home. Pat is loved by her 3 daughters, grandchildren, family and friends.
