Patricia Slaughter Johnson Expenses

My name is Eddie, a.k.a. Peanut, and my family and I are raising the funds necessary to help pay the funeral expenses for my mom, Patricia Johnson.

As you may know (or not), she was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, February 10, due to complications from a fall, and was sent to Macon, Georgia, for emergency surgery. Upon arrival, her doctors determined that although her body was trying to heal itself, she had other complications arise, but through a pure miracle, she began to recover and was sent home several weeks later.

Pat began dialysis treatments at home and seemed to be transitioning well, but a few weeks ago, she fell twice, which caused a TBI. She was flown to Macon and has been there since the falls. It has been recently been determined that she will be sent to a hospice facility closer to us, so her family can spend the remaining time with her.

Her husband, Tracy, has the difficult decision to begin preparing for her funeral. He learned that it will be $6000 for the funeral and does not have the funds necessary. We are asking for help in covering these impending expenses. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Please note that any remaining funds will be used toward any of Patricia’s remaining expenses.
