Patrick Fahnholz final expenses

This is Simon asking for help for final expenses for Patrick Fahnholz. Patrick passed away this morning in his sleep. I have known Patrick and his mom Pam since I was 16 in Idaho Falls. Patrick was born with Spina Bifida and Pam cared for him from the day he was born until he took his last breath. Money is tight and Pam needs my help. This is one worry I would love to take from Pam as she grieves her son. Anything will help and I thank you so much.

The photo is of Patrick as a little boy kicking off the March of Dimes Walk-a-thon in Idaho Falls in 1981. He was the reason for me becoming the publicity chairman of the Idaho Falls chapter.
