Patrick Freeman Funeral Assistance

Hi, my name is Regina and I am raising money to assist my family with monthly bills. My husband, Patrick is in the hospital. Those who know Patrick know he is a hard worker and is there to help out whenever he can. I have been with him 24 years and never seen him sick like this. Over the past three weeks he has been dealing with an ulcerative colitis flare., ulcer and esophagitis. He has lost 40 pounds and this is his second admission to the hospital in as many weeks. Since Patrick has been out of work 3 weeks and I have been out many days to be with him, we will not make our monthly bills this month. Luckily he has been a part of a sick leave pool, but my time is without pay.
