Hi, my name is Gordon Patrick Gourley and I Surgery ,I thought to take my little toe do to diabetes, I came to and they had taken my whole foot. I cried, and cried, my foot was gone.I got over the crying,I talked to my god, and I'm OK now its not coming back, its not a bad dream, its gone, now I got to figure a way to pay my bills, medical and the ones I already have.If you see in your heart I would really appreciate your help
