Patrick R. Erlandson

The loss of a child is one that no parent should ever have to endure, especially when they haven’t been able to fully live their life. Patrick R. Erlandson had an impact on those he came in contact with and will be remembered not only as a loving son, brother, uncle, and grandson but a member of the law enforcement family. From a young age all Patrick ever wanted was to follow in his father’s footsteps. Starting as a young man in the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office explorer program, moving on to successfully complete the law enforcement academy program while receiving a sponsorship from the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. His law enforcement career continued with the Daytona Beach Police Department. He proudly served his community and enjoyed working alongside his good friend/zone partner, the late hero Officer Jason Raynor and many other friends. This page has been set up on behalf of Patrick’s family in order to help them through the unexpected tragic loss of their son, all donations will be given directly to the family for any expenses they may incur during this difficult time.
