My name is Cindy. I am fundraising for my mother. We lost my Dad two days ago.

To describe him, I would use all the words that embody love, kindness, empathy, humor, a dreamer, a fighter, tolerance, and patience. He was a father, a grandfather, a brother, and a husband, he loved my mother beyond words. They were married for almost 43 years. They were inseparable and truly best friends. He was funny and silly and he loved making people laugh. He worked hard and created beautiful homes. He designed furniture that will become treasured antiques of tomorrow. He dreamt big, he loved big and he lived each day to the fullest. He and my mother lived simply. They lived paycheck to paycheck. My mother wasn't able to work and my Father worked twice as hard to make sure they had the basic needs that life asked for. I am putting this up in hopes that my Mother doesn't have to worry for bit. It costs $3000.00 just to get my Dad out of the hospital to place him in a funeral home. He still sits there. Money is tight for everyone. So we are asking out of the kindness of your hearts to help ease the financial burden and allow my Mother to grieve.
