Patrick Truax family

Patrick Truax passed suddenly from a cardiac arrest on 6/10/2018 leaving behind at home,  a wife Kelly , a daughter Gina age 9, and a son Jacob age 17. Also leaves behind daughter Julie and son Thomas. He was in ICU for four days. The family is heart broken from the loss. We are hoping to raise funds, in lieu of donations and flowers, to help with funeral and medical expenses. Any donation of any amount, would gratefully appreciated.
