Patrick Campbell's Medical and Equipment Expenses

Patrick was involved in a single car accident on February 6, 2019 in Birmingham, Alabama.  He suffered multiple injuries, the most significant being a traumatic brain injury.  After 3 weeks in the ICU at UAB Hospital, Patrick was transferred to The Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia on March 1. 

Although Patrick has made significant progress, currently he has not emerged enough to be admitted to the Acute Rehabilitation program and remain at Shepherd.  He will be discharged home around May 9.  This transition home will require the Campbell family to make many modifications to their life, home, and family.  Immediate needs include an electric lift, hospital bed, wheel chair, shower chair, and handicap accessible vehicle.  Insurance will cover some costs, most being at 50% and will have to be reimbursed after Angie and Casey pay out of pocket for the equipment.  This presents a financial strain in the midst of an already stressful and emotional situation.
