Hello! As many of you know, I was in a severe car accident recently. My car was struck and rolled over by a hit and run driver!! I did everything I was supposed to do, reported it to the police, medical checks, etc. but now I am being treated as though I did something wrong. My insurance company is claiming they may be exempt from paying because I was delivering groceries to someone!

I am not accustomed to asking for help or handouts but I am in need of help! Since my car was purchased less than a year ago, I owe much more on the vehicle than it’s worth. Plus I have doctors, a lawyer, lost wages, and household bills to contend with.

I truly am grateful for any kindness you can afford! As I said, the insurance has decided it is most likely exempt from any payout. I expected to be lowballed but this is truly hurtful! My car is my work!

I have been a very safe driver for almost 30 years! Not even a speeding ticket! Now, someone (who remains on the run) has taken that from me and my family!
