Patric Vitek was a 7th grade boy from Eagan, MN who passed away suddenly Friday Morning November 1st. He played hockey for the Eagan Hockey Association on their PeeWee A team. He was biking to school and was fatally struck by a car. He is survived by his mother Cheryl, father Brian, and younger brother Jack. We want to raise money for his family in time of this loss.
