Patriot Oaks Academy MS Football ‘23

Welcome to Patriot Oaks Academy located in Saint Johns County, Florida. 

Meet our Middle School Football Team.

We are raising money for our team shirts, shorts, socks, hoodies, new practice equipment, etc. Our equipment has been passed down over the years and we are wanting to buy new practice equipment but we need help of individuals and corporate sponsors. 

For all donations $500, we will have a team signed jersey for you. $750 + will receive a team signed helmet. Donations over $1000, we will provide a poster advertisement with your company logo and display at games on the fence.  Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated. 

All sponsors will be announced during halftime.
