Patterdon’s Marathon Relay For Pancreatic Cancer
At the end of October 2022 our amazing Granda, Billy Overend, passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Our Granda was a great man who we are so blessed to have had with us growing up and we will always remember him fondly.
Granda loved his family more than anything else, but he also had a great love for animals, Ferrero Rocher, and back in the day he was also an avid cross country runner!
In Grandas memory 5 of us have decided to take part in the 2024 Belfast relay marathon to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer uk.
Pancreatic cancer is the toughest of cancer challenges. It's tough to diagnose, tough to treat, tough to research and tough to survive.
Pancreatic cancer UK’s aim is to transform the future for pancreatic cancer by funding research breakthroughs, campaigning for changes to treatment and care and supporting people when they need it the most.
Any donations are very much appreciated :)
