Paul Breaud medical expenses

Hi, my name is Cindy. My heart goes out to Maddie, my best friend of 10 years and her family that are going through a terribly unexpected tragedy. Maddie's father, Paul Breaud is a family man. He has shared his love for motorsports over the years, from mud racing to monster trucks, with his family including his lifelong best friend Ty and son Ty Jr. He met his wife Anne in 2016 and quickly brought her into the family business. He is a proud father of 3 daughters Maddie, Jess and Kate and a dedicated grandfather to Taylor, Emmy, Wyatt and Cody. Paul is always on the go traveling the world to share his love of Monster trucks with fans but always makes time for his mother Sherry and brother Wade.

On Saturday, February 24th, Paul was in a terrible Monster truck accident while doing a show in Ohio. The accident left him with an extensive head injury. At this time, Paul remains partially ventilator dependent. He is unable to breath on his own all the time but is making great progress working to eliminate the ventilator all together. He has a feeding tube because he cannot feed himself. He must go through extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy in hopes of regaining the ability to walk, talk and eat again. Paul will need an unknown amount of continued medical care at this time.

His family and friends have been traveling back and forth from Pennsylvania to be at his side as much as possible to share their love and support. Not only has this situation caused an emotional toll on Paul's family but a financial one as well. It has become very costly for them to continue to pay for gas and hotel expenses.
