Paul D'Amato medical fundraiser

Hello hockey fans. My name is Ken Blake and I've created this GoFundMe page to help my very good friend Paul D'Amato. Paul is well known to hockey fans by portraying Tim "Dr Hook" McCracken in the movie Slap Shot. Paul has helped raise a lot of money for countless charities over the years with appearances, signing autographs, as well as donating a  signed McCracken jersey to every event he's attended. Now, it's time for all of his fans to give back by helping him. 

Paul has been diagnosed with a rare Parkinsonism condition called Progressive SupraNuclear Palsy. It is presenting him with innumerable challenges. In order to stay in his home, his home will require major modifications, in addition to hiring professional health care providers and supportive therapists. There is no cure for this horrible condition and it is progressive, but with our help, we can give Paul the  best quality of life he has earned and deserves!
