It is with heavy, broken hearts that we announce the tragic and sudden passing of our beloved Paul. He was a dedicated and loving son, brother, uncle, father, friend, coworker and neighbor to many who will miss him and his love for life tremendously.
Paul was born on February 10, 1973, at Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek, CA, to Carol and Fred Albright. He was raised in Martinez and attended Martinez schools. He graduated from Alhambra High School in 1991 and went on to college at Pepperdine University (1995-Marketing) and also studied abroad in London, UK. He then went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Communications at University of Southern California in 2000.
Paul was married in 2003 to Christy Stevens and they had two beautiful children.
Paul also made an impactful difference and lifelong friendships everywhere he worked: Miramax, House of Blues, Access Brand Communications, Agostini & Associates, Baby Center, Leap Frog, Safeway, Volta and Accenture. His level of professionalism and enthusiasm was always admirable.
Some of his passions included music of all genres, sports and sporting events, traveling, snowboarding, hiking, boating, working on projects with his brother-in-law, riding his motorcycle, working on his house and planning and spending precious time with family and friends. But his absolute favorite thing on this planet was his kids, Callum and Poppy. He loved planning adventurous excursions and experiences to live life to the fullest! He would have the year planned out every year on January 1st! He was
also a committed fan at their various sporting events and school activities....always encouraging and supporting them and his nephews and niece at their various events.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents Carol and Fred Albright. He is survived by his children, Callum and Poppy Albright, his sisters, Amy Martin (Tim), Joy Keith, his nephews Blake (Kendall) and Brent Martin and his niece Krista Keith.
Paul touched the lives of many in his close relationships with family, friends and colleagues. He will be forever missed but in our hearts always.
“To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die”.
A celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023, from 12-4 pm at the Pleasant Hill Recreation Center, 320 Civic Drive, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 (Perera Pavilion).
Donations made here in Paul's memory will go towards his children's college funds and the Albright Family Scholarship.
