Paul Guadagnoli's Home Fire Recovery Effort
Donation protected
During the afternoon of Tuesday January 15th, Paul's apartment at the Schultz Farmhouse in Bolton caught fire while he was on his way home from work in Brighton MA. Upon arrival, Paul was witness to the unimaginable. His entire side of the home had been destroyed by fast moving flames. All he could do is stand and be witness as several towns responded to the 3-alarm fire. All his personal belongings were inside the home. Fortunately, his precious antique tractor collection was spared as fire crews ensured that the fire did not spread to the attached 2 car garage where they were stored. However, all his furniture, kitchen implements, bedding and clothing are gone. Those that know Paul, know that he is an avid Snow Boarder having driven and flown across country on several occasions in recent years in search of fresh white powder. He was less than 2 weeks away from his planned 2019 adventure to Jackson WY. Those plans have since changed, and Paul is now working to pick up what little he can salvage and restart his life. Sadly, he lost his 2 snowboards as well as all his riding gear.
Paul is not one to ever ask for our help, but I know he will appreciate any and all help we can give him during this extremely difficult time. Our goal with this page is to raise funds to buy Paul a new snowboard, and riding gear to get him back to the place he loves so very much before the end of the winter. We are not seeking large donations, but just perhaps whatever you can afford to give. $10-$20, every little bit helps get Paul back on the mountain and will certainly lift his spirit.
We thank god that Paul, his landlord and first responders are all safe. Our hearts ache for the landlord who unfortunately lost his dog as a result of the fire.
We plan to keep this page open for donations until 1/31/19.
His family thanks you in advance for your consideration and generosity.
God Bless.
