Paul (Fuzzy, Screamin Demon) Olson

For the past 20 years, Paul has dedicated himself to his passion of music. He shares his talent by spreading his love of music to everyone he meets. Paul spends his time DJing Weddings, reunions and fundraisers all the way to the big stages with lighting and sound production. His dedication to helping others is beyond measurable.

Sunday, May 8th, 2023, Paul was taken to the Emergency Department for medical treatment. He had Dj’d a prom the night before doing his best work of course. Upon, waking the next morning he just wasn’t feeling quite himself. Throughout the day he developed some chest pains and pressure as well as some difficulty breathing. Just as most of us do he tried several different things to get some relief but to no eval nothing worked. At the emergency department, Paul was told he was experiencing the first signs of a heart attack. After spending about 8 hours in ED he went through multiple tests; EKG, stress test, x-rays to ultimately, having had an angioplasty done. The doctors were unable to repair the damage by placing a stent as they initially intended. They found Paul has a unique situation where the vessel that is blocked has grown through the muscle of his heart and out the other side giving him a 100% blockage when his heart beats. He is now being transferred to Mayo Hospital in Rochester. To undergo a double bypass surgery, possibly triple.

Paul and his beautiful wife, Heidi, will be needing this fundraiser to help them keep up financially during the months of recovery. Any little bit helps. He’s a huge giver, and tends to never ask when he needs it. We hope to bring a little of that giving he does back to him. All donations & shares will go directly toward the cost of living and bills that he has.
