If you were blessed enough to know Paul Rowland, you’ll remember how big his heart and smile was. You would know he was loyal, trustworthy, honest, and that he would do anything for his family and friends. Many of us who called Paul a friend can attest to his giving and loving nature. Sadly,  the good Lord has called our beloved Paul to rest peacefully with Him.
