Paul Votypka (AKA Paulie, Cooler Down, Dude) has suffered a brain aneurysm. The left side of his body is paralyzed. He also has major cognitive deficits.
Paul was a competitive rock climber in his 20s. He enjoyed the outdoors: hiking, kayaking, and camping. Paul painted interiors and the exteriors of homes and commercial properties for a living.
He has limited resources and will most likely need care for the rest of his life.
