Paul’s Ice Cream Company will be doing our first officialPop Up on July 16, 2023! Donate and be a part of making a difference, one pint at a time!

Paul’s Ice Cream Company is a start up company created to honor the life and legacy of Paul Bright Jr who passed away September 1, 2014 in a tragic motorcycle crash. After a brain autopsy was performed by Boston University’s CTE center, Paul was found to have extensive artifact brain damage to his amygdala, left ventricle and corpus callosum, as well as Stage I CTE from playing youth tackle football from 7-15.

Paul was an assistant chef at Humble Pie Catering, as a part of craft services, at the time of his death, where he loved to sing country songs and make delicious foods for casts and crews on TV and movie sets. Paul had a dream of opening his own restaurant one day and Paul’s Ice Cream Company is a celebrates that dream.

Paul’s Ice Cream Company’s mission is to make high-quality, organic, small-batch ice cream with love, while making a positive impact in the world. Each flavor will be attached to a nonprofit and proceeds from every sale will go to that charity to help them meet the needs of their community.

Donate today to help us buy an ice cream cart for pop ups and help us start a wave of kindness that will ripple through communities across the US.
